I started at Xtreme in November 2014 after a work friend introduced me to it. The thing that keeps me going is the variations in the workouts -something new is always being brought in to challenge us and the supportive and fun environment with both trainers and the rest of the crew.
I love that Xtreme is for people that just want to keep fit and keep moving as well as for people like myself who want to widen their skill set and challenge themselves in competition settings. Xtreme is so welcoming to anyone who walks in the door. I feel everyone has the same attitude – we’re here to push ourselves and each other to be the best we can be and have fun at the same time.

I exercised regularly prior to having Liv but was a bit unsure of how to restart once she arrived! I head about Xtreme Fitness when Liv was 4 months old and decided to give it a go. Best thing I ever did.

I try to treat getting up every morning to go to Xtreme Fitness Gym like work, like it’s a part of my everyday schedule so making the 6am session isn’t an issue. It helps me start each day with more energy and makes me think clearer & work smarter.
It’s helped me with rugby since moving into the forwards and I am able to recover more quickly than before. I’ve been a member of many gyms but none have given me the results that Xtreme has. Xtreme challenges me mentally & physically. I enjoy working out here and because of the awesome trainers & the friendly encouraging environment.
